Giving Back

For several years now I have been actively involved in the work of Four Corners Ministries and their Gospel-centric outreach among the Acholi people in Northern Uganda.  During the last 6 months of 2016 God gave me the unique opportunity to direct the Child Development Program at Abaana’s Hope in Northern Uganda.  My life was so impacted by the exposure to poverty and the privilege of responding to both the physical and spiritual needs of vulnerable children in the community on a daily basis.  While many of the conditions were heartbreaking to begin with, it was exciting to gradually observe the trasformation in each child’s life because of the overflowing love demonsrated by the body of Christ.

Now I am back in the U.S. for awhile and my emotions are torn realizing that I simply can’t be involved in my little friends’ lives in the way I was while living among their families.  And yet there’s still SO much to be done for these children and God is still on the move drawing souls to Himself!  So, in an effort to keep the Good News spreading, meeting the needs of one child at a time, and loving my sweet kiddos like Jesus, I’m excited to share with you that

a portion of all my work goes to support FCM’s Child Development Program and help further the Gospel among the Acholi tribe in Uganda!

Thank you for partnering with me through A Glimpse of His Glory to help the Acholi children discover the care and abounding love of Christ Jesus through the Child Development Program!
